CODE OF ETHICS

I adhere to the Swiss Code of Ethics for Therapists.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All shared information and all files relating to your care will be treated confidentially. No personally identifiable information will be disclosed without your consent, except when required by law.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

For continuing professional development purposes, I may share information from certain sessions orally with a supervisor. Your identity will be anonymized in these exchanges. This allows me to stay up-to-date with current information and continue to support you in the best possible way.



PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Notes will be taken during sessions and will be securely stored.


PRICES AND PAYMENT

My rates may change over time due to inflation and economic fluctuations. Please refer to the price list on my website.

Payment is due in cash (please bring the exact amount) or via Twint. If we meet via an online platform, payment must be made 48 hours before the session.


I do not want the price to be an obstacle on the path to healing. If the price of my sessions is too high for your budget, but you feel called to help, please contact me, and we can arrange a payment plan if necessary.



CANCELLATION


I request that any cancellation or rescheduling of a session be made 48 hours in advance of our appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged in full. This allows clients waiting for a therapeutic coaching appointment to make arrangements to take that appointment.



In case of illness or accident, please send me supporting documentation, and we can discuss a refund.



ONLINE SESSION


I use Zoom for online calls. I generally send you the link to the call the day before the session by email. The virtual room remains closed to anyone else who wishes to join.

COMMUNICATION


For any questions, please send an email to meyacoaching@gmail.com. You can contact me with any questions related to our sessions. I generally respond within 72 hours on weekdays, except during my holidays.

SESSION LENGTH

Sessions generally last 1 hour, except for introductory calls which last 15 minutes. All sessions must end on time due to scheduling constraints. If you arrive late for your session, it must end at the scheduled time.

LEGAL PROVISION

Swiss law applies, and the place of jurisdiction is Fribourg.
